Yes Bryce, this is what caught my eye.

My mum and dadís original kitchen in their new home in 1958 (same as the FC) was the same 2 shades.

I then remember my mother when I was a kid painting the kitchen in 2 shades of yellow.

Love the old 50ís colour schemes.

This is a pre-merger AMG SLC in a double green livery.
These cars are starting to fetch real money although I am not convinced that AMG had much do with some of the mods outside the body kit. It doesn't have the cohesiveness of Michel's 107 AMG.

They also mention a different diff ratio, but don't specify what it is. One presumes it was a 3.46 out of a 350 with an LSD centre.

I doubt this is more than just an AMG body Kit with some Ronal wheels and a Guigiaro steering wheel. AMG used to fit Italovolante steering wheels de rigeur.
The speedo is unchanged (normally changed to 300km/h with AMG in the middle) and standard seats.
Also AMG would not fit chrome wheel arches and would normally colour-code the chrome all around.

Michel, it's your colour, it's your fins - you must add it to your stable. Incidentally, I think it looks gross and horrible. Regards Styria

Hi Bryce, thank you for the offer, but I will have to pass.

I have just come back from my work trip, where I also went at 5am this morning to check out the green FC.
What a lovely car.

Itís one of the best driving old Holdenís Iíve ever driven.

I have some thinking to do.

Looks like a nice car . Back in the 70s these cars were considered the best 4 door salons in the world. A similar Holden of that era for sale these days would probably be in the $30k range.
My 78 450 sel 6.9 sold for around $70k new when a Holden Statesman was around $17k. I just don't get why people want to pay silly prices for inferior cars.
By the way I have owned many Holdens over the years and still have a couple in the shed. Regards Mark.

It’s value for money weekend.
What better way to enjoy a rainy weekend, and not going to do battle at shopping centres with panic buyers than browsing cars on line with a nice coffee

Plus, I’m highlighting convertibles.

This looks like a lovely well maintained car.
Certainly a whole lot of nice Saab quality & value for money.
I think you would own it for $2k cash.
