Yes,
A huge number of firsts in the automotive world.
We do have a lot to thank them for.
Especially ESP, which was another first for MB,
however not on the S Class first, but a first none the less.

You have to thank Mercedes-Benz for mostly being in the lead, when it comes to automotive technical development and innovation.
For having the first or the latest, a price has to be paid:
- their products do not top the reliability rankings
- their products are more expensive to buy and to service.
