Default Peterson Museum Part 1

What a great and informative tutorial. Yes, I use that term decidedly. The curator of the museum is an absolute encyclopaedia and I listened in amazement how he managed to describe a replica of the first Motor Car - the Mercedes 3-wheeler. Regards Styria

Okay, I think this is Part 2 - or Garage 419. I will make some comment about the information contained within the video in due course. Regards Styria

Very interesting Styria, especially the First Mercedes. I well remember seeing one running in the London to Brighton Old Crocks Run many years ago.
If my memory is still intact , there is an original late 1890's Benz in the Car Museum just out of Wellington NZ. Imported new into Christchurch.
Well worth a Holiday to the " Land of the Long White Cloud " just to go to the Museum. In fact a nice way to see NZ would be a tour of their Motor Museums, both North and South Islands. Probably at least six.
We have one major display, in far away South Australia ? ?

There are plans afoot for Sydney to have a "Bay to Birdwood" or "London to Brighton" style event but you will have to wait until 2015.......
And we have no Museum othe r than Motor Life.

Brian
