Horch, 1932, 12 cylinders - how magnificent is it ? I can only shake my head in amazement.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am sure that the Professor would find room for this one in his garage - if he didn't, I would.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/jk1971/...l-coches-cars/

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I could get to like this Lago Talbot as well - mind you, the one behind it (whatever it is), ain't too bad either.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/jk1971/...l-coches-cars/

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's red, so it has got to meet with our approval.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any takers for this one ? I have only ever seen two Horches (?) in real life - one was at C. F. Mirbach in Germany - that fabled classic car dealer. They are just so magnificent.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well, it is from Czechoslovakia - probably a couple of steps up from the Tatra. Anybody disagree, or agree for that matter. Regards Styria

Has anyone heard of a Benarrow PB5 - it looks pretty good. Take her along to Eastern Creek tomorrow and you'd be a hit.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I thought I'd finish the post with this one - FOR THE TIME BEING. Regards Styria.

Hi Michel and Tarek, I have had a good look at the blog and of course all the pictures that come with it. There is just so much to like about this car - perhaps a little clumsy in styling from some angles (especially if the colour is wrong), but really its shape spells almost Pininfarina/Ferrari elegance, but I can't quite get over the interior - the layout, the instruments and the absolute quality and uniqueness in design. What a wonderful layout. Compare with SLS AMG ? Maybe there is a lesson to be learnt somewhere along the line. I am glad you guys liked some of the cars. Regards Styria

Perhaps I should throw a few more in for us mere mortals to be googling at - how about this one ?

http://www.flickr.com/photos/tautaud...n/photostream/

Although I must say it looks better from the back - mind you, you'd never even see the back of one. I would imagine it'd be a bit too fast.

A couple of Wannabees(?)....nice shot of the area.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Another Wannabe? I guess this one is the real thing.

These are a bit more appropriate for this worthy website.

I would have preferred a white steering wheel and white boss - ah, you can't win them all.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/rud66/5...7626674167148/

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just think this is the most attractive timber on those '60s (and '70s) Coupes.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sheer magnificence - Adenauer's very best - probably even rarer than the 2- door 300C.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/rud66/6...7626674167148/

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Michel's car ? Well no, but close. I like his better on account of the nicer wheels.

Cream is stunning......

They used to do things in style - mother of pearl inlay etc. - this is a 500K.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/rud66/6...7626674167148/

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I guess it belongs to this car - and who does the car belong to ? I wish.....

Black is beautiful.....

Why do you say they are "wannabes"? I'm just curious about your thinking here.
