Default Bumper and Trim Gel

Ever since purchasing my Holden Captiva, I have been looking, and purchasing, various products in an effort restore the Matt black finish on bumper and General plastic panels on all four doors. None have really been 100% successful. Invariably, rain and washing/cleaning would simply wash off and again expose the faded look of those plastic panels.

That is until I came across Autoglym's bumper and trim Gel. It is not a cheap product, retailing at about $22.00 per bottle, but it really works. Only minute applications by sponge are required to cover a generously large area and, by golly, the covering really lasts and has retained its lustre now for some five washes and a couple of heavy rainstorms. Remember, Autoglym's Bumper and Trim Gel really works, and I have even applied it sparingly to internal surfaces. Regards. Styria

Sean, it certainly would. The only problem I can see is how to apply it. You can't brush it on because it is jelly like, so by sponge is the only way - and that would be labour intensive, especially if you wanted to reach the low part of the tyres. You would have to roll the car. However, Autoglym do make a product especially for rubber rejuvenation, but I have not yet purchased that product for my own use, although I bought one each for two of my boys as a Chrissy present. No feedback from them at this stage. Regards Styria
