Default Trip to the Arctic in a cheap Silver Shadow

Octane Magazine did a feature to see the Northern Lights in a cheap ebay Silver Shadow. You can see the behind the scenes look in these videos. Worth the watch:

Note, it is about an hour to watch both videos.

Yes - I saw that and wondered how the Shadow would cope; reasonably well it seems - much to my surprise.

Agreed. Its certainly a comfortable way of doing the trip, but if I were asked to pick a car from 1969 to buy cheap on ebay and do a journey like this, a Silver Shadow probably won't have been on the list.

That said, the car seemed to handle the whole thing rather well.
