Default Chasing 1974 350 SLC #009460

In my posession is a service book for a 350 SLC. VIN# 107023 22 009460, engine # 116982 22 015217. Delivered new by Yorkstar Motors 21/8/1974.

On the remote chance that car is around here, the owner is welcome to have the original book returned to its rightful place!

Regards,

Carl.

Hi Carl, that indeed is very kind of you - to want to help out in that regard. Do you know how you came to get hold of it ? It is most unlikely that our two members with 350SLs would be thew owners of the book - yes, we have two that I can think of - sorry, three - Anthony 350SL, Fotografa and another whose details escape me for the moment. But, you never know - as I said, very kind of you. Regards Styria

N.B. Initially, when reading the title of the thread, I though you were thinking of purchasing one ! A car, that is.

Hi Styria,

It's an SLC, not an SL. The book was included with some 6.3 literature I bought via ebay some years back. I'd forgotten about it till I dug it out last week. It would be nice to have it reunited with the car assuming it's still of the living.

Regards,

Carl.
