Michel are you able to confirm for the rest of TK that the Get together will in fact go on as indicated so far. May be an idea to quote times and cost. Chances are, unfortunately, that I will not be well enough to attend. Over to you. Regards Styria

Well, I'm back from travelling and will be in town for the next month or so.
I have not forgotten about the GTG and if it's not too late for some, the Queen's Birthday weekend is upon us this coming weekend.
The alternative is the one after or the one after that.
Sunday 11 June (need a quick decision)

Sunday 18 June or
Sunday 25 June.

What is the consensus?

I think we can still get away with $20 a head for Jerry's lamb and chicken BBQ including soft drinks and possibly a cake from Paula.

Michel, let's make it the 18th June to give us a chance to "lasso in" the straying flock . What do you think ? BTW, if all goes according to plan, I am booked in for the 19th July to have my knee replacement. There will be a bit more on that in the original thread. Regards Styria

Unfortunately I don't think I will be able to make it. I thoughtthat June would work but the little ones below are just not up for over 2 hours in the car. Our little boy screams like he is being tortured. I think we will need to wait until they can go in foward facing car seats as he hates not being able to see out.

The (small) consensus is leaning towards June 18.
I need to know before this weekend who is interested and who will be coming so I can book Jerry to come and cook!
Jerry has developed this passion for fishing on Sundays and I need to convince him to be our cook instead.

So please, let me know ASAP your intentions.
