So
If we were all to have our favourite ice cream, or my non conflict Neapolitan.

Do we:
Add topping
Not add topping?

No topping; it's not required on a quality ice-cream or sorbet.
Over the last month I have developed quite a taste for http://www.berthillon.fr/
Any flavour.....and a walk along Paris Plage whilst enjoying one of their fine products.
No topping.
Regards,
Brian

Brian,
I completely understand what you are saying.
NO topping.
We are going to France next year, so we will be sure to try the ice cream you have mentioned.

When Leanne & I were in Italy last, we had a gelato (home made small shops mainly when we could find them) every day for the entire 4 weeks.

We learned that the small shops that do not have the super gelato display windows are all home made and not commercially made for distribution to the big stores.

This is the difference.

Commercially made.

Home made
Note no huge display, but fully covered churns

Motec
Is the ice cream you mentioned still available in Perth?
I am over there fairly often.

The ute is different Michel, and you’re right very pricey.

The CLK is just stunning.

The value of the W126 SEC coupes must have gone up then again maybe not?

These are worth good money with
- the right colour
- low mileage
- full history

This car has all three. I still think the price is more like less than 100k and so its a bit overpriced, but people will spend big money on low mileage cars.

Personally I don't see it as I want to actually use the car and not worry about every drive reducing its value.

You can still pick up a nice SEC for reasonable money, but not sure for how long.
