I lived in the USA for 6 years and it was a semi regular occurrence to see 4x4's on their side next to the interstate. This was especially the case in winter where drivers would assume just because their car could get to 60mph in the snow it could stop from that speed. I think in the summer it was probably a situation like the 'elk test' that flummoxed the original A class, seeing an obstacle and over reacting with sharp steering inputs on a top heavy vehicle.

In this case it looks on a nice day in a dealership carpark, so this woman probably shouldn't be driving a wheelbarrow let alone a car.
