Re: Run Flat stupidity

Hi Brian,

My wife's 165 2014 ML 350 bluetech came as new with runflats and a spare - admittedly a space saver.

My 2014 222 S350 bluetech came with a strange oblong hole in the boot floor with...

Re: Tech Tip

I guess modern cars without H-T leads would not work either.

Re: guide tool

I am sure the guide tool can be purchased at your local M-B agent for a small sum.
Most new M-B's do not have a spare at all and M-L's come with a spacesaver.
My W222 S350 S class has an oval hole...

Re: 6.9 leather seats

My 6.9 spends more time on a Battery conditioner these days but a couple of weeks ago I started it from it's sleep and drove it for a couple of days.
Started immediately and pumped itself back up...

Re: The new "WGB"

Motorway cruise to Mandurah on Saturday with Cruise set at 113km/hr and result was 5.7 litres/100km - I never owned a mini that was that easy on fuel.

It is a bit spooky that the car will continue...

Re: S Class Interior

It is even more complex than that - Oz Benzes are speed limited to 210Km/hr as they come out of the box. I am not sure about AMG models but certainly the rest say it in the book.

The interior of...

Re: The new "WGB"

I was shown the auto park - both parallel and right angle but it takes as it's guide the outside edge of the adjacent car. If you park behind a narrower car parked close to the kerb you could have an...

Re: It's very Black!!!

I am not so worried about keeping them clean as that is likely to be someone else that will do that. The colour does tend to disguise the brake dust a bit I am assuming.
What I am worried about is...

Pleased to hear about the rubber boots being replaceable as I have two perfectly serviceable valves with rotten rubber boots.
