Starting a car after 6 months idle

Hi All,

My 6.9 has sat in the garage for about 6 months without being started. The suspension is down on all 4's and the battery is flat.

It was serviced just before Christmas and a new battery...

Free 280SEL in NSW

A 79 280SEL is free for removal at Gorokan. It hasn't been running since 2006 & the engine has been tampered with...

Tyres aside, the Volvo is actually a better car than the BMW and Merc competitors. They each do some things well, but lack in other areas. The Volvo does more things well than the other two.

Been away a lot recently, so the 6.9 has sat in the garage for a bit now. After Christmas it will be coming out, getting a top to bottom clean and off to the mechanic for a service.

Telstra's 2G/GSM network is closing down in December. No calls or text... gone. Period.

If your phone is 2G/GSM only you need to either change networks (as I said before), or get an updated phone...

Telstra are shutting down their GSM network this year. It has nothing to do with the SIM card, Telstra simply won't be operating a network that phone can use.
